It is known that the universal crusher adopts the impact crushing method. When the material enters the crushing chamber, it is impacted by six moving hammers which rotate at high speed. The crushed material is crushed by collision between the gear ring and the material. With the help of the air flow, the crushed material enters the crushing bag through the sieve hole, leaving no residue. The utility model has the advantages of high efficiency, low noise, reliable working performance and product quality, safe operation, low drug hygiene and consumption, etc.

(1) The feeding speed is too fast and the load increases, resulting in blockage. In the process of feeding, we should always pay attention to the large deflection angle of the ammeter pointer. If the current exceeds the rated current, it indicates that the motor is overloaded and overloaded for a long time, it will burn the motor. When this happens, the feeding gate should be reduced or closed immediately, or the feeding mode can be changed, and the feeding quantity can be controlled by increasing the feeder. Because of the high speed, high load and strong fluctuation of load of universal crusher. Therefore, the current of the mill is generally controlled at about 85% of the rated current.


(1) Imperfect discharge pipeline or too fast blockage of feed will block the tuyere of universal crusher; improper matching with conveying equipment will cause the air of discharge pipeline to weaken or block up after no air. After finding out the faults, the unmatched conveying equipment should be cleared through the feeding port, and the feeding quantity should be adjusted to make the equipment run normally.


(3) Hammer fragments, aging, screen mesh holes closed and broken, and excessive moisture content of crushed materials will make the universal crusher blocked. The broken and severely aged hammers should be updated regularly to keep the grinder in good working condition and to check the screen regularly. This can not only improve the production efficiency, but also make the universal grinder not blocked and enhance the reliability of the grinder.


Experts believe that the development direction of universal crusher should be to reduce extrusion force, increase roll speed, multi-stage crushing and realize closed-circuit complete grinding operation combined with classifier. Therefore, the research and application of new ultra-fine crusher is the trend of energy saving and consumption reduction for crusher manufacturers.
